      Hello, Sorry to bother you about this but I was wondering if you'd be able to create a plugin that promoted people when they said a word. when they say it, ranks with the permission can see it or Ops by default. I know it's been done already but I use Group Manager and prefer it so if you are able to create this it Would REALLY Help. Server IP: 184.164.153.90:25565. Thanks For your time
