Solved You don't have permission for that command even though im op and i have pex

So currently I can't perform certain commands on my server. I've never been able to perform these regular minecraft commands like /give <player> command_block. It always says "You don't have permission to do that." Here is my pex permissions setup: http://pastebin.com/Bh6NhUEa

Realized inheritence inherits blocked commands as well mb
