    Please explain in more detail, otherwise helping you is really hard (noticed the big red box above your post?)

    Just a wild guess (without having more information I can't do anything else): Its some plugin preventing you from either entering an area or expanding the map (like WorldGuard which can prevent you from going in certain areas or BorderGuard which will prevent you from exploring the map beyond a specified range)
