"You do not have permission for this command" Help!

    So for the past few days i have been setting up permissions and everything was going great till i hit a bump in the road. All permissions work great when your op. but if your not op you can break blocks but you cant do any commands. not even /help all it says is "You do not have permission for this command". And yes they do have access to all those perms in the permissions file.

    I Need this Fixed Asap All Help is greatly Appreciated

    What permissions plugin are you using? And, paste your permissions file with Pastebin.
