WorldGuard Stopped Working?

    I own an OP Prison server and it's been open for quite a while, I've had WorldGuard on my server since the day I got it. For some reason today I restarted the server and none of the regions I created work. Every region on the server is broken and people can destroy the blocks in spawn and all of the prison mines. I also use PlotMe for players to have prison plots and people can also break any plot they want. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

    Have you made any changes at all to the server before this happened?
    Did you try looking in your latest server log to see what's going on? (if you are getting any errors or anything)
