WorldGuard Region Entry and Exit Commands

It is exactly what I am looking for, but was never replied to in 2012. http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/worldguard-region-commands/ appears to not work properly

Works off of worldguard regions and runs a command from a player as he enters a defined region.
Commands:
/Region (region name) Commands Add [/command]
/Region (region name) Commands Remove [/command)] (must match command already added)
/Region (region name) Commands Purge/Clear

If multiple commands are added to a region, they should be fired in order.
If %p is found in the command arguement, it should be replaced with the name of the player.
Example:
/Region Gateway Commands Add /warp %p shops
if the player is Steve, runs the command /warp steve shops

Permission nodes:
RegionCommands.Commands (ability to add commands to regions)
RegionCommands. Use (commands are only run on the entering player if they have this perm node)
