Worldguard PlayerMoveEvent error

Hello , when i start my server and i gonna walk/warp then the whole time i will get this error : Could not pass event PlayerMoveEvent to WorldGuard

Hi, I had the same problem and changed in the WorldGuard config file

use-player-move-event: false

I have no Idea what this involves :

Enables the use of the player movement event. Disabling this will make the entry/exit and healing flags ineffective, but may reduce some server load.
