WorldGuard not letting blocks be destroyed?

    I am setting up a prison server so i made a huge region for the jail and set it up so it didnt allow blocks to be destroyed, i then made a mine and tree area and made regions for them, i set their priority higher(even tried at 200) and it wouldnt let me place/destroy blocks after i deopped and deadmined and had the region set to build/construct allow. please help!

    Make sure you set parent regions.

    Don't set parent regions, it doesn't do what you want.

    set construct to ANY, and build to ALLOW. Also make sure the regions are at the correct place, and verify that you are correctly entering the priority command. /region setpriority mine 20
