Plugin Help Worldedit Please Help

Ok so i have watched about 10 tutorials on this and have tried at least 20 times i have been doing this for the past 4 hours and i cant get it to work ok so here is my problem:
i create a plotme world but doing /mvc PlotWorld normal -g PlotMe then once created and i tp to that world its a hilly or ocean terrain not plotme.
Also when trying to make the portals click both corners with my wand then i do /mvp create (portal name)
it says error and alot of other stuff so please help me!!!

When a plugin errors, please paste the contents of the error and a few surrounding lines in pastebin.com, then post the link. We can't tell you what's causing the errors if you don't tell us what the errors are.

 

ok and about the plotme problem i can go to the world but its not plotme, it doesnt have errors or anything.
