Plugin Help WorldEdit Not Working

    World Edit Dosent work on My Server. I did /pl but it is in green. I did /help WorldEdit but dosent show commands and dosent work at all. I am running it using Spigot and a Host. I did //wand but dosent respond to me. How can I fix this problem. It dosent have a log I keep observing on console but dosent appear any problems at all I tried ubdating and downloading the build on the page but dosent work. Please Help Me I cant Build without it... Thank you

    i got stack errors where i cant stack more then 1s or it gives a major error..really frustrating since 1.8 -.-
