Problem/Bug World Guard issue.

    I have a Practice PvP server. Instead of creating separate regions for everything i just set __global__ to build deny. How do I let my Builder rank be the only rank to interact with blocks?

    Permissions Plugin: Pex
    Server ver: Spigot 1.8.8
