   Hi!
   
   Recently I have been setting up plots on my server. So someone bought one, and they got the region from worldguard (called plot19). After that, I had chest-access denied so no one could access it, but them. The thing is, NO ONE can access them.
   
   Can someone help?

   If chest access is off no one can access the chests.

   You need to add that player as a member of the region:
