World Guard Custom Flag: Custom item entity age.

What I want: This plugin updated to or supporting Spigot 1.8.8 https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/worldguard-drop-flags . Also, world guard has its own API now, so using that would be better.

The idea is that you can set a despawn time for items using a world guard timer. So if I wanted items to despawn instantly, I would set it to 0. If I wanted them to despawn in 10 seconds, I could set it to 10 (or 200 if you want to do it in ticks).

The allow-pickup is already supported in World Guard now so I don't need that.

OPTIONAL: Allowing customizable support for other types of entities would be cool too, kind of like a ClearLagg based on the item despawn time instead of a constant timer.


Ideas for commands: /rg flag {region} item-despawn-time {value}

OPTIONAL: /rg flag {region} custom-despawn-time {value} (would be configurable with a list of entities}

Ideas for permissions: None.

When I'd like it by: Take your time, though sooner is always better than later!
