World guard but simpler

    Hello, I am looking for a plugin like world guard but...
    1. Only admins can use any aspect of it
    2. Monsters can't spawn in admin areas
    3. Nothing can destroy admin areas

    No offense to the creators of it but it's just too complicated with too many features. Or is their a way to set it up like this?
