Problem/Bug World Guard Blocking signs?

My players are unable to write on a sign. They can place it but are unable to write on it.
It's Only signs, nothing else. "you do not have permission" is what they tell me the error is.

I have looked in my would guard and essentials plugin and cant find anything about it.
I have search online and cant find any issues about ti anywhere.
Red = Disabled

It might be more than that
When someone tries to write a sign , you likely have a big blob of java errors thrown up each time, which will indicate the additional reasons for not working.

Also, restart your server and post the entire latest.log file on www.pastebin.com
