Problem/Bug World generation errors

My friend and i made a server but we have a small problem.

Everyone has these weird chunk loading problems that make the world look like some sort of grid.

The problem client side because chunks will load if you log out and log back. The problem persists if you leave the area and unload the chunks.

Not everyone sees the same errored chunks
