Plugin Request Working per-world economy

@Capby Could you define what you mean with per-world? Because pay commands aren't always separated, neither are the plugins that use a per-world-economy plugin through Vault.
I have EconomyLikeMe already, can take a look and see if I can make it per-world based if you want (not gonna do that till you find the commands / functionality suitable)

@Capby Can you test if EconomyLikeMe suits your needs for the rest of the stuff? While keeping in mind that it will get per-world support.

EDIT: Untested version uploaded to my dropbox, pay command works in the world the sender is in (I hope)
