Why is my Console in Minecraft Craftbukkit not showing up?

Why is my Console in Minecraft Craftbukkit not showing up?
I made A server on this computer with craftbukkit it worked so i needed to shut it because of updates and i deleted the when it wasn't working so now i have craftbukkit 1.4.7 r.o.3 but when i do the same code i did in 1.2.5 for run.bat it says windows could not find (the location of run.bat) its in the same folder as everything else for bukkit.
I have been able to go on my server but no console appears and it's trial and error when getting on.
It's Not port shared yet because it doesn't work
It is running on a Service Pack 3 Windows XP Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.93GHz With 1.5 Gb Of RAM 32 Bit.
I also tried using
@ECHO OFF SET BINDIR=%~dp0 CD /D "%BINDIR%" "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar PAUSE


I'm a bit of a noob so please help

 

Is your Craftbukkit.jar file named craftbukkit.jar?
