Why do players on my server get lag so much?

It's all german D:
I'm in the UK.

Worried in case the server console is all german

 

On the top, at the right, there you can change the language. And no, the server console will not be in german.

 

When I'm on http://www.g-portal.de/en/bestellen/?rubrics=gameserver_linux&productlist=game_cod_2010

It still stays german D:

Is 1GB RAM good enough for a server of 20 people?

Uhm, if you're not using plugins, yeah.

 

Would it be really laggy if I had plugins with 1 gig?

I guess I could try 1.5gig..? That german website wasn't making any sense D:

I might buy 1.5gig on fragnet for 20 eu. Doesn't sound too bad :3

The server will just crash

 

Do you know if the german website has a console..Or anything? I can't seem to figure it out.
I'm gonna try and buy a 14 person server with 4 gig ram ^-^

 

At the moment you can't have there a console. But that's almost by every hoster, that you cannot see the console. But I can ask, if they could start your server with the Remote Toolkit.

 

I'll just find another host ._.
