   So, I've been putting descriptions for all my permissions...but where are they actually being used? Who sees them when all is said and done? Are they there for other permission plugins to show info to the user? If so, what are some examples?

   _LB That description is returned in Permission#getDescription() so, while I do not know of any time it's used in Bukkit by default, any plugin can use the description for whatever purpose.

   _LB if the command has a permission and permission message in the command section in plugin.yml, it will test for the permission automatically.
