   On Mineplex theres a countdown bar/timer at the bottom of there survival games, Is that a released plugin or there own private code if its a released plugin can somone point me in the right direction please if its a private one can somone point me to an alternative.

   @ShenmueHD The chances are big that it is custom to their survival games.
   Besides that: I don't know what timer / countdown you are talking about without screenshots or telling what it is timing.

   @ShenmueHD So a start countdown, you didn't say that.
   Find a survival games plugin that you like and ask the developer if he / she could add that.

   You find that on a lot servers but mineplex codes all of its plugins themself
   
   those is just rectangles in a text format and color coded
