   If you upgraded to 1.7.8 or 1.7.9 then those files aren't named with the player name anymore. They are in the playerdata folder under the main world folder on the server... and are now named after the UUID of the player instead of their name.

   Do you use a multiworld plugin?
   If so, what is your server.properties and your multiworld config?
   Your player files will be stored in your default world.
