When starting a server "Unable to find spawn biome"

Help me!
When ever I start my server with any build it keeps coming up with Unable to find spawn biome. The server won't load and it runs fine on Vanilla. Please help me ):

Windows 7 64bit
Also the build I currently use is The craftbukkit-1.0.0-snapshot.jar

 

Does it run with a new fresh world?

 

No its a world I had from 1.8.1

EDIT: Also I tried making a new world. It still happens.

Try starting a new world, or run your world through Chunkster or MCEdit.

Make sure you backup your worlds first!

 

Done that. Nothing hapened and I reset the spawn. Also I tried a new world and the same keeps happening...

I really love the world I have at the moment but I don't want to run it on Vanilla

Managed to fix it
Deleted everything in my Bukkit folder except Chunkster, and it works

As a thank you i will put your name in my spawn point and say you fixed the server :3
Also Bukkit is trolling my world D: It will never work again.
