when I want to put essentials plugin commands, I get an error

    Hello, yesterday I launched my server, but my staff reported that when he wants to do any essentials plugin command he gets a message that says: [Your Prefix] you don't have permission to use this commands. set to 'none' for no output

    I have set all the essentials permissions, but the only commands that work are when you set / essentials: tp

    but I would not like it to come out like this, for it to be something normal like / tp, I use luckperms, but what can I do to solve this error, please, thank you.
