What's The Easiest Way To Block/Change What A Mob Drops???

I use gold as a very rare item in my game and I need to stop pigmen from dropping nuggets and swords. I'd like to make them drop other items. I've tried too many plugins to count, can someone please just tell me a simple way of doing this.

I was asking for legit suggestions, and like I said before I tried a lot and just can't find one that works. I run a full featured server, and have had this issue from the start. I have tried to find a good plugin but every time I try something it just doesn't work, or I find it to be way outdated. I need advice from a real server OP that has a similar need that they have solved.
