   Works with pex. For example, you are premium and writing 'gm'. The plugin changes the 'Not enough permissions' to 'You can use this command since: Creative'.

   @FAKE1007 Detecting this reliable is pretty much impossible.
   Pretty much all plugins have their own checks and messages.
