Question What plugin is this?

I've seen this plugin being used many times on multiple servers...big and small...and I've always wanted to use it to help my players find their way around the world.

 

It looks like an item frame with a modified map.

Sorry for the lateness of this response, I have been busy with college work, but that plugin leaves behind the actual item frame. Is there a way to get around this?

 

What you're seeing is actually a map of a 128x128 piece of land that has been cleared out and has 'pixel art' of those words, technically you don't need plugins to do this, but plugins that convert photos into pixel art, or any sort of plugin that assists you in making these would help, but like i said this can just as easily be done in vanilla with creative, you would just need a darn load of patience to complete it.
