   My Server Has Not Been Wanting To Start Recently And Idk How To Fix It, Can Any Of You Read The Console And Tell Me What Is Wrong. Don't Mind My Lab top Its Only For Editing Just In-case You Though I Ran My Server Off That.

   Spigot is not a plugin for CraftBukkit. Assuming you want to run CraftBukkit, delete spigot.jar.
   
   You also need to use the version of Essentials from here: https://hub.spigotmc.org/jenkins/job/Spigot-Essentials/
