   If I were to make a server with a bunch of plugins, like a factions server or something similar, what would the best minecraft version be? Like what are the most popular bukkit plugins for?

   You should use 1.12. There is no reason to use outdated versions.

   Alright thank you, I was just wondering since there might be many plugins that only support older versions, but i guess that isnt the case.
