    What happens if I duplicate PEX permissions? Say under permissions for
    player:
    -essentials.give
    -Control.TPA.Use
    -essentials.give

    Does it negate the perm? The only reason I am looking into this is because I wrote SOOO many perms for individual groups and I have more that I want to assign for every group but I don't know what group has what.

    No. Id does not remove the permission.

    If you need one group to have the same permissions as another group, you can use Inheritance so one group inherits all the permissions from the other.
