WG Problem, Blocks can't be placed in defined area..... [Help]

My Problem:
There are some blocks inside a defined area where i can't even place blocks, nor users, it places there and vanishes any ideas? You can place around it, below it, above it, but not where it is... any suggestion guys?

So yeah, it's basically a few blocks, and i removed the /claimed region still, doesn't work, any suggestions?

I have encountered an issue somewhat like this one. There is an area of 3 blocks that spans from bedrock to the sky that cannot be broken on 5 sides. It isnt inside of a defined region so i dont think it is a WG problem. Although i havnt tried to make it a region and mess with the build flag.
I'll do that today and get back to you if i can figure anything out

 

Does it happen with the vanilla server?

 

Yes, was not a seed map, though I did use that "Map Generator" to 3500x3500

I think the problem was resolved when I completely removed WG, as for now, the issue persists, though,

If I do blocks around it, and do //set with WE .//set wood, THOSE block's wont vanish?! ... so that is how i had to fix it for now.
