Well, perhaps vanilla prob but...

I have problem with spade efficiency IV. Whenever a user uses this it's so fast it makes other players client crash. Is there anything that can be made to stop this?

 

Well you shouldn't use it then. If you want that to be okay to use with less lag/crashes, increase your bukkit server's RAM.

 

So a dedicated server with 4gig ram can't handle the spade when there's only two pleople online? Sounds strange.
And "not using it" is all fine and well for me but that doesn't stop people loggin on and using it just to ruin for others is it?

 

The clients computers might not be able to handle the mass amount of particles and block drops being produced. Entities add up fast.. Doesnt sound like a bukkit problem. I would advise your players to tone down their graphics.. Hope it helps..

 

We'll see. Gonna try with 26 gig ram and see if it fixes it. (server has more capacity than being used atm)
