Solved Weird Configuration Error

Really not sure where this error is coming from, I am getting the error below in my console. It has something to do with the config.yml I'm sure, but when I throw the config into a yaml parser, no errors come up.

Thanks in advance. This error just came about this morning, I've tried all I could think of, hopefully someone has the solution.
