Weird chat glitch

If I type "!!!" or "!!!!!!!!!!!" (at least 3 exclamations mark) in chat, before any other thing.
(So "!!!" not "t !!!") I get:

Error in:
(No specific information is available) <- white text color

If i type !!! <msg> i get:
Error in: <msg>
(No specific information is available) <- white text color

 

Its a long list...

Looked up most of your plugins, relating to the chat.

Seems as though cChat has been completely abandoned, all I get is a 404 page to their plugin page.
I suggest looking for an alternative. I have no idea what it did since the documentation has been wiped clean.

As a sidenote, when a plugin is colored red in the plugins list, that means it's not booting up right, or not working correctly or getting errors.

Updating Citizens, Builder, & Sentry would most likely solve their problem.

Visiting Chairs's plugin page, it's clear the plugin is bugged and hasn't been updated since April 2012.

MaliciousMan I'm using Chairs reloaded, with the new spigot version Citizens is broken so Builder and Sentry are broken. I would think its craftbook.

The cChat plugin wasn't abandoned like 2 months ago, I will change the plugin.
