Plugin Request Website Blockage

Hey I'm wondering if there's a plugin like this out there, and if there's not I'm requesting someone makes something like this. Basically what I'm looking for is a plugin that will block all websites put in chat except for certain approved one. So websites like the server website, Youtube, Imgur, and Google aren't blocked. But other server websites, IP's, malicious websites, and pornography is blocked. Anyone have something like this? Thanks.
