Way too many errors on bukkit Server

EDIT: Issue has been fixed. The issue was something to do with minecarts, if someone got in one, it would spam the error. To fix, go to line 82 of your WorldGuard config and set enable: false. Then one line 89 set enable: true. After you have done that, create a blank .txt in notepad and name blacklist.txt. Upload the .txt to each of the world folders.

I have noticed when i start the server the following mesage comes up:
[SEVERE] WorldGuard: Unable to read default configuration: blacklist.txt
[WARNING] WorldGuard blacklist does not exist.

I know that it can be ignored, but one its started to spam the console log, the memory of the server gets to the point weres there less then 100MB left or the server just times out. My players are getting pretty angry, i have tried disabling plugins and reinstalling one by one, that helped for about 1 and half hours but then it started again.

Could it be a memory leak?

 

did u also update worldguard?

 

Actually, the [WARNING] message is pretty normal. It doesn't really do anything, it just indicates that either time got reset (probably not), or it can't handle the 20 ticks it should have a second.

 

Well with help from another person, we have dicovered the can't keep up error only comes up when someone is on a minecart.
