Warp plugin recommendations?

I am looking for a Warp plugin that i can do the normal warp stuff, /setwarp, /warp, and all that, but i am also looking for a Warp plugin that i can convert my old warps from Essentials into the plugin. i tried a few different warp plugins and they all used .DB or .DAT files but im wondering if anyone knows of a plugin that i can easily assess the warp list and add in my own remotely. it also must have Permissions support.
