[WARNING] FAILID TO BIND TO PORT!

  1. hey everyone,
    i have a big problem with my server.
    When i start up the server his say:
    210 recipes
    27 achievements
    12:23:54 [INFO] Starting minecraft server version 1.4.7
    12:23:54 [INFO] Loading properties
    12:23:54 [INFO] Default game type: SURVIVAL
    12:23:54 [INFO] Generating keypair
    12:23:57 [INFO] Starting Minecraft server on 80.60.126.112:25565
    12:23:57 [WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!
    12:23:57 [WARNING] The exception was: java.net.BindException: Cannot
    ested address: JVM_Bind
    12:23:57 [WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port?
    i have already tried to let the ip blanc into the server.propoties file but then can't my friends join.​
    i also have tried to change to port but noting happend. So can somebody help me with this problem?​
    And sorry if I've typed is not correct english, because I come from the Netherlands​

    In ther server.propeties, leave server-ip blank & restart your computer

    Now I lost my world!

    That wasnt my fault, removing server-ip wont reset your world

  7. Leaving your IP in blank just works if your router has loopback, and, for example, the mine doesn't have.

    You will have to set a static IP for your computer (internal IP) (not for your router) and put it in the server IP. This way, the server will run in your computer and people will connect using your external/router IP or the No-Ip direction you have put.

    I had the same problem as you and I solved using this.
