[WARNING] DSCT socket closed + How i install more RAM?

So i'm trying to start a private server what runs in offline-mode and whenever i start it, it just refreshes the server.properties online mode to true, and when i stop the server it gives me a warning, i'm not sure what it does cause it didn't do this before and i cant get into my own server cause i'm not premium YET( Yup finally buying a credit card, BT WHERE >:O) So here is when i staty my server.......

And when i stop the server...

So yeah, ALSO i have no idea how to add RAM to my server, i want at least 4GB of ram, i tried to add but it was saying something that i cant or maybe my start.bat file needs the right java location?

MY PC SPECS:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit (Build 7600 i think )
RAM: 8GB.
Java version: 7 *or wuteva it's called lol*
Processor:AMD A8-3850 APU with AMD Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (4CPUs), ~ 2.9GHz
DirectX Version: 11.

Help ASAP Please , Dont forget to help me why my server doesnt let me make it offline-mode >:I
