This plugin would award a player with an item that would allow them to use a specialized chest that gives voting rewards by scrolling through the rewards and having the pointer land on a random reward. This would take into account odds of getting an item and such. I know VoteRoulette can do the odds and percentages, but I am looking for something with a visual representation as well.
