Problem/Bug Votifier LAN Mode

I setuped my Votifier. But it doesn't work. Can someone help me and say why it is not working.

I am using LAN mode because I just test it on LAN and later I will put it on HOST!

 

@timtower I tried another one, and when I haved a HOST, I was looking from my hoster Extra port from server I typed it here and It didnt work, and I am not getting any Messages in Console when i use some that is not used.

And do I need to change the server port in server PREPORTIES????

It doesn't print me in Console does it try or what i dont know man

why it is Bugged for me i entered a random port and now is not printing in console that the port is being used its ok but not working
