Votifier died on 1.4.7, can't resurrect him.

After updating to the recent 1.4.7 builds (any of them basically..) it seems that Votifier has stopped working completely. I am using the latest download from their BukkitDev page (which hasn't been updated in basically a year, it's just re-uploaded for other MC versions). The plugin loads fine, in server log it shows it loaded, however when players vote it doesn't register. The vote does go through MineStatus, however not through Votifier, there's no errors in console or nothing when players vote. The IP/PORT is setup correctly, as it has been for the past year and a half, and the RSA salts are correct.
