Plugin Help Votifier and GAListener Help

Hello there,

I have a problem with my GAListener and Votifier. I don't think there is a problem with GAListener because /fakevote works with the message I wanted it to say. If need you both configs, I'll post them below. Please if someone could get the voting working I would be greatly happy. Also, I have watched 2 tutorials and they both say the same to do and I did exactly what the people where saying. I put in the correct ports and addresses to the Votifier page settings. Here are my configs if needed to help me:
