Main concept: All players will get given a drop party in
there inventory randomly given in stacks of items/blocks
when a goal is reached (100%), there is a command to
add a big hologram in the sky and also a variable to add
to the hologram design so that you can customise where
the percentage is shown, there is also a seperate
hologram for the donor hologram which is also editable
in the config, allows you to add any blocks to the donor
hologram. Also when the DP or DONOR DP Sets off it
explodes fireworks that are white and blue around the
player, also there is a permission for the Donor Dp and
the Vote Dp is for everyone.
