I had an idea for a plugin which would promote a user to a set group (or set list of groups) if enough people voted for that user to be promoted. For example: The server has 5 users in the 'Builder' group, and a 'Guest' user wants to join the 'Builder' group, the builders start a vote and if all 5 of them vote yes, the Guest gets promoted to a builder. Of course this could be abused to give people OP-rights or what-have-you, that's why you only give 1 group that users can be promoted into or whatever. EDIT: Or possibly a plugin that will give a user a group until logout, only giveable by someone in that group, or with the right permissions or w/e
