Plugin Request Virtual Chests

Hey everyone! Our plugin that we use for this at the moment has crapped out on us, and keeps clearing people's virtual chests. If I list what I need below, I'd very very much appriciate it if you guys would get back to me on it. If I am not being detailed enough, or there are any questions, please do not hesitate to message me at all.

Specifications:
Has to be the Latest Build (1.8).
Has to have Permission nodes so that only certain ranks get it.
Config, to customize the amount of chests you get with a certain permssion (e.g. vchest.amount.10)
Has to support MySql, so that a backup can be held of who has what, and can be restored.
Has to have Admin support so that admins can look into virtual chests of players.
Base command Should be /chest, with /chest 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.... and so on.

Should also come with workbench, like essentials (/wbench) and also, it would be nice if we could have virtual furnaces too.

Admin-side (configurable) features:

• Multiverse support
• Completely configurable commands
• Admin access to all users' packs (in full and read-only modes)
• MySQL support (data is automatically converted when switching from file)
