Villager spawning when region is made

    Minecraft version: 1.10 and up

    Suggested name: WGVillager

    What I want:
    - I've made a plot plugin and I want a villager on the plot border so i can give the villager a gui and let them customize their house (the players)
    - Only when a region is made with worldguard it spawns a villager, that will ALWAYS stay there, also after server restart etc.
    - It doesn't need any GUI because I can make that with chestcommands & commandnpc :)

    Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

    Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed for this plugin.

    When I'd like it by: Asap! :)

    you coul describe more specific what the plot border is and where exactly the villager should appear

    On the border of the worldguard region, the villager Spawns in the north east corner
