Filled Very wanted ANTI XRAY

What I want:
ANTI X RAY MUCH LIKE OREBFUSCATOR EXCEPT INSTEAD OF RANDOM ORES, YOU SEE EITHER PRIMED TNT (IF THAT'S POSSIBLE), OR REDSTONE TORCHES ON A WOOD LOG & TNT EVERYWHERE YOU CANNOT SEE NORMALLY. So basically your client would load TNT and redstone torches and wood planks for areas that you don't see. If you are familiar with Orebfuscator, you know what I mean, and how anti xray may work. Me not so much. So If anybody could help, that would be AMAZING!
