Vault won't install

The plugin vault won't install. Why? Is something blocking it?
Plugins: CoreProtect, dynmap, WorldEdit, HorseStats, Essentials/EssentialsChat/EssentialsSpawn, ClearLag, FakeMessager, WorldGuard, Multiverse-Core/Portals, MultiWorld, Stables, Punishmental, EchoPet, PermissionsEx, Lottery, AnvilColors, Enjin, LiftSign, HolographicDisplays, LWC
Please answer ASAP bc its blocking about 5 plugins i want to install

Follow these steps exactly.

Stop your server.
Put Vault in your plugins folder.
Start your server.
When it's fully started, stop it.
Go in to your server files.
Go to the logs folder.
Open the latest.log file.
Copy the contents and post on http://pastebin.com/ and link the URL here.

It looks like Vault is already initialized. Do you have more than one version of it in your plugins folder?

 

It still says it. Cannot find Vault. I deleted the plugin "Vault" and reinstalled it. But it STILL won't work.
Plz help

 

Did you delete it while the server was off?

 

I tried:
Stopping the server, Loading it back up, Stopping it again, And installing it and it STILL doesn't work

 

One of our clients was having the same issue, this issue is caused by Multiverse portals. Please take a look at here: https://github.com/MilkBowl/Vault/issues/626

 

Based on the issue that @scrollbar posted, try the following and see if it makes your Vault work:

Stop your server.
Back up your Multiverse jars and folders.
Delete the MVC & MVP jars from the server (you can leave the folders).
You need to use the current versions of MVC and MVP.
Multiverse-Core: http://ci.onarandombox.com/job/Mult...Build/artifact/target/Multiverse-Core-2.5.jar
Multiverse-Portals: http://ci.onarandombox.com/job/Mult...ld/artifact/target/Multiverse-Portals-2.5.jar
Toss those in your plugins folder.
Put most recent version of Vault in plugins folder.
Start server.

Do the following again:

 

• Ok, sorry I wasnt able to get on bukkit in over a month, Ok so now mvp is not working after I installed the latest version of it and everything.
