Users cannot access chests, buttons ect. HELP! HELP!

Im honstly stumped because, they dont even get a "No permission" Message, they just click it and nothing happens. No message no reaction, nothing. I tried it on an opped account and a regular player account. The ops can do it, regular players cannot. So I assume its a permission.

In your server.properties set spawn-protection to 0, that could be what's causing it.
